Preparing for easter

The word “lent” means “spring,” the season of new life and of anticipation of the celebration of Jesus’ victory over death, hell and the grave. We are preparing our hearts for EASTER with a sense of AWE of God’s grace and of all that He is doing in our lives and in our church. We are intentionally leaning to participation in corporate worship and prayer and to personal devotion. And we are laying aside things that hinder us or don’t encourage us go deeper in faith.

We invite you to…

  • Prioritize the House of God and participate in the ministries that provide the context for your spiritual transformation.
  • Develop a daily prayer rhythm (The Inner Room Prayer App from 24-7 Prayer is a great tool.)
  • Lay some things aside (fast) in order to seek the Lord unhindered and with greater intention.
